A leading agritech company engaged us for assistance with conducting an analysis for a cross-investment transaction (overseas direct investment (ODI) and foreign direct investment (FDI)) simultaneouslty

Scope and Approach

We advised the company on several aspects of undertaking ODI in light of the Indian foreign exchange regulations and drafted a memorandum highlighting the eligibility conditions. In addition, we assisted the company in obtaining approval for FDI in its subsidiary
