A leading video streaming platform in India engaged us to handle the en bloc termination of 57 full-time employees.
Given the time constraints around the company’s need for cost-cutting, we assisted the company in reviewing its personnel and HR policies, employment agreements and employee stock option plans to ultimately draft mutual separation agreements in respect of, and manage the final payments to, the 57 employees
We enabled the company to achieve its cost- cutting objectives as part of its overall strategy to reduce operations due to financial constraints.
